Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Slate Estate Agents (ABN 65 090 797 461) of 210 Liverpool Street, Hobart TAS 7000 (“Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 1 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
List a residential property for sale with the Promoter during the Promotion Period; and
Successfully sell that property, resulting in an unconditional contract of sale within the Promotion Period.
Entry Method
Eligible vendors will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw upon their property achieving an unconditional sale.
No additional entry form or action is required.
Entries
Each eligible property sale constitutes one (1) entry.
Multiple eligible property sales will result in multiple entries.
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of:
A voucher valued at $5,000 AUD.
The winner may select one (1) of two nominated vouchers offered by the Promoter.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Draw Details
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office in December 2026. All eligible vendors will be notified of the selected date of the draw.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed after one (1) month from the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Prize Conditions
The voucher is subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are the responsibility of the winner.
Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Variation / Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, subject to applicable laws.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this promotion.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania.
